Can I use Shopify Payments and OpenPath at the same time?
Yes, Shopify Payments and OpenPath Payments can be used together. However, if both are active, the majority of the Transactions will go to Shopify Payments since it is displayed as the default payment method.

Yes, it is possible to take payments via ACH and Credit Card on the same payment page with OpenPath. You will require a Payment Processor that supports ACH. We are integrated to multiple ACH processors and can recommend one.

I am setting up my Square account and I’m getting an Error Message. What does it mean?
INVALID_REQUEST_ERROR | BAD_REQUEST,
- Merchants will need to get in touch with Square to verify their identity. Their account might not be enabled to take payments.
- Location ID might be incorrect
AUTHENTICATION_ERROR | UNAUTHORIZED,
- Invalid Credentials have been entered in the OpenPath Connector for Square
PAYMENT_METHOD_ERROR | PAN_FAILURE
- This is a correct response when using a Test Card on a live Square account
